Scrawl, Crawl, Splash! Paris

Sunrise this morning meant rain coming down on the Seine and low, heavy, grey skies, but I feel the energy, coursing down the river (or up :-0) from Germany to England, and over the water from Greece and Spain.

There's the same kind of excitement as when I was a kid and there was a school trip. My clothes laid out the night before. My bag is carefully packed: charger for computer, cord for iPhone, camera, anti-bacteria wipes. My list of places to go and things to see is long and exciting: 6:30am Writing Pages, 7am Check in With Blog, 8:30am Meet Picture Book Writers at Cafe Lola, 9:30am Meetup with SCBWIers...
